Dr. Mukund Abhyankar is the veteran and mentor of Cosmos Family. He is Director of the Bank for last 43 years and during his Chairmanship, the Bank marked outstanding business growth. During his Chairmanship, 15 weak UCBs from different states were merged in Cosmos Bank with their total 60 branches. With original 80 branches of Cosmos Bank, now total branches are 159. He has valuable experience being part of various committees of Reserve Bank of India. He has also led NAFCUB as its President.

Mr. Arvind taware is an Engineering Postgraduate with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from United States of America. He was selected as a Research Scholar by the State of Florida and was awarded a State Research Scholarship during his postgraduate study. His research in the field of Construction Management was published in the European Journal of Engineering and his Research Paper was presented at the prestigious 'Construction in the 21st Century' Conference in Athens, Greece in the year 2 Mr. Arvind taware has on his resume the expertise of executing iconic projects like the Miami Performing Arts Centre in the United States. He has successfully handled the position of Project Principal for a period spanning over 8 years, before heading back to his roots in India. He is also a United States Green Building Council's Accredited Professional in LEED. He possesses the coveted USGBC's Leed license to execute high performance and energy efficient buildings in the United States of Ameri Mr. Arvind taware is a recipient of the prestigious Bank of America's Assessment Award for Project Management – 2010. Mr. Arvind taware is also managing a Construction Company located in Pune.

A recognised payment professional with deeper understanding of banking and technology, Rajesh Prasad is currently working as Senior Vice President – BFSI, Mantra Softech Pvt Ltd. Prior to that he also had short stint as Chief Business Officer – APAC, Innoviti. Till September 2017, he has been part of National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), the apex level payments company created by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Indian Banking Association (IBA) to spearhead the payments and digital revolution in the country. As Vice President at NPCI and with multiple roles since its formation, he has been associated and instrumental in development and implementation of RuPay Card Scheme, identification and implementation of RuPay eCommerce solution and enablement of RuPay acceptance across Point of Sale (PoS) terminals and online merchants’ ecosystem across the country. Today, RuPay is accepted on more than 2.6 million PoS terminals deployed in the country. He has also been closely associated with all the initiatives by NPCI for international strategic alliances which includes Discover/Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) and Union Pay International (UPI), ensuring acceptance of their cards in India. Being at the apex level payments system entities, he has also led or been associated with projects which include Aadhaar based payments and eKYC, identification of initial FRM solution, EMV (Contact and contactless) etc. One of the strategically important initiative which he led from the front has been Bharat QR. Post regulatory advice, working with Visa & MasterCard, he has been instrumental in defining and implementing common standard for Bharat QR, a unique proposition globally today. He served ICICI Bank from end 2000 to July 2010 in different capacities in technology area and has been responsible for Card and Switching systems, heading Call Centre technology and managing large number of applications including most of the payment system applications, While in ICICI Bank, he initiated many of the then industry first projects. Some of the notables are first implementation of online DR system for EFT switching system in 2001, starting PoS business in 2001, bring in EMV acquiring in the country in 2003, global first use of ATM PIN on call centre IVR in 2006 etc. He was also nominated a member representing ICICI Bank in the Technology Advisory Committee of NPCI during 2009-10. Prior to joining ICICI Bank, Rajesh Prasad was part of Canara Bank, one of the top Public Sector Bank where he joined in 1988 as Probationary Officer (PO).

She is a dynamic professional with over 24 years of core banking techno functional exposure. She was working as Associate Vice President in The Cosmos Co-Operative Bank. She is associated with Cosmos Bank since 2003. Her journey in bank started as hardcore software developer having very good understanding of Business needs and has excellence in designing most appropriate and effective solutions. She has handled Software Development portfolio of Cosmos Bank and enabled the bank to cater most of the technological needs independently. She has vast experience of Data Migration activity of around 10 Merger Banks from Legacy software to Finacle CBS. She has expertise in Interface applications integrations with CBS and has effectively handled Payment systems integrations with CBS. During her tenor in Cosmos Bank, she has handled multiple projects efficiently. She has played major role technologically and for Project Management in Finacle 10.x implementation project for three co-operative banks.
